I also remember my first introduction to programming.
It was a programmable calculator, with BASIC language.
The display allowed one line of code.
So you could write:

10 PRINT “Hello!”

I remember I was really excited.
I wrote a simple program to guess a number.
The calculator asked for it, and you had to guess it.

I don’t remember exactly when my computer life did start.

My father liked computers and technology, and some of the toys I remember I played with excitement were:

• the Philips VideoPac G7000 video game console
• the Atari 2600 video game console
• and the Sharp PC 1211.

So I think it was around the end of the seventies or beginning of the eighties.

I guess, that was the beginning of my computer geek life.
